IT Business Analyst for Sales and Marketing

For our site in Barcelona, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us immediately or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Collaborate with Business Application Experts: Partner with sales and marketing business process engineers to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions
- Process Development and Improvement: Continuously enhance sales and marketing processes by implementing innovative digital solutions
- Solution Conceptualization and Specification: Design and specify IT solutions that meet business requirements and align with company goals
- Implementation Coordination: Manage the implementation of IT solutions, working with both internal and external software developers and partners
- Project Participation and Leadership: Engage in international IT projects and occasionally lead them
- Support: Provide second-level support for ERP, CRM, and peripheral systems
This job is perfect for you if you...
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills to understand and solve complex business challenges
- Have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
- Bring in-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, as well as workflow automation
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Have experience in implementing and managing digital solutions for sales and marketing processes
- Are capable of managing and leading IT projects
