『Dreamers, Builders, Challengers 』—— 一群60位充滿熱情的大學生，為了他們的賽車夢想而奮鬥。他們一起設計、組裝並駕駛自己打造的方程式賽車。這就是台北科技大學方程式車隊（Taipei Tech Racing，簡稱 TTR）的精神。TTR 成立於2014年，是台灣第二支參加 FSAE（Formula Student）的車隊，隸屬於台北科技大學車輛工程系。

在項目初期，車隊面臨了資金短缺的挑戰，導致生產進度延誤並壓縮了測試時間。然而，藉由強大的公關推廣，他們成功募集了所需的資金並獲得了多家贊助商的支持。

與 maxon 的合作成為車隊的一個轉捩點。他們將 maxon 的 IDX 70L 馬達整合到賽車的雙後驅系統中，顯著提升了車輛的性能。這款馬達以高功率密度和輕量化設計的特色，滿足了車隊對於系統減重和效率方面的嚴格標準——這是賽車中關鍵的成功因素。

除了提供先進的馬達設備外，maxon 也提供了完善地技術支援，確保開發過程的順利進行。透過這樣的密切合作，問題得以快速解決，也能達到最佳的成果。

「maxon 的參與讓一切都大不相同，」台北科技大學方程式車隊的成員表示。「能直接與他們的工程師交流，幫助我們迅速解決問題，確保一切能按照計劃執行。」

在 maxon 提供的技術支援基礎和車隊全體成員的努力下，台北科技大學方程式車隊迎來了非凡的成果。他們的電動賽車於SAE Taipei Section所舉辦的 【第32屆全國大專校院環保節能車大賽】榮獲「車輛製作」第一名及「最佳節能獎」兩大殊榮。

「對我們來說，最令人感動的環節無疑是測試階段。雖然因為場地的原因，我們只能選擇在夜晚進行，但當看到每個人一年來的努力在賽道上得以展現，那份激情和感動無法言喻。」

如今，車隊準備在未來的國際賽事中迎接新的里程碑，並以台灣之名自豪地站上世界舞台。

Dreamers, Builders, Challengers—a group of 60 passionate university students chasing their motorsport dreams. Together, they design, assemble, and race their own Formula-style cars. This is the spirit of Taipei Tech Racing (TTR), founded in 2014 as Taiwan’s second FSAE (Formula Student) team. It operates as part of the Department of Vehicle Engineering at Taipei Tech.

Early in the project, the team faced financial constraints, which delayed production and compressed their testing schedule. However, thanks to a highly effective public relations effort, they successfully raised the necessary funds and secured multiple sponsorships.

Driven by Innovation: Collaboration with maxon

The collaboration with maxon became a turning point for the team. They integrated the IDX 70L motor into their vehicle’s dual rear-drive system, providing a crucial boost in performance. The motor’s high-power density and lightweight design met the team’s strict criteria for weight reduction and efficiency—two critical factors for excelling in competitive racing.

In addition to delivering advanced motors, maxon offered direct technical support, ensuring smooth progress throughout the machining and development phases. This hands-on collaboration facilitated efficient problem-solving and optimized design.

“maxon’s involvement made all the difference,” a member of Taipei Tech Racing explained. “Having direct access to their engineers enabled us to solve problems quickly, keeping everything on track.”

With the technical foundation laid by maxon’s advanced motors and the team’s determination, Taipei Tech Racing is poised for success. Their e-race car took first place at the SAE Taipei Section and earned the prestigious titles of “Most Energy-Efficient Car” and “Best Quality Car.” 

“The most exciting aspect for us is undoubtedly the testing sessions. Although we can only conduct tests throughout the night due to geographical constraints, watching the results of everyone’s year-long efforts finally come alive on the track fills us with tremendous passion and emotion.”

Now, the team is ready to race toward new milestones at international competitions and proudly represent Taiwan on the world stage.
