Information about delivery

Delivery area

We sell and deliver globally. However, there are some countries that we cannot serve directly through our online shop. If you live in one of these countries, you will be notified when you enter your address. In this case, please contact our sales teams. They will be happy to assist you.

Availability

As soon as you put a product in the shopping cart, we will display its availability. This is because it's not apparent whether you are ordering an individual component or a combination of products until the item is in the shopping cart.


This product is in our main warehouse and will be shipped within 24 hours on working days. Delivery time: approx. 2–5 working days


The product as such is not in stock, but components are available. We will produce and deliver up to 10 units for you within 11 working days (delivery time of up to 15 working days). For larger quantities, we will confirm the delivery date after receipt of your order.


This product is currently not in stock. Order now and we will deliver as soon as the product has been manufactured. We will of course confirm the delivery date after receipt of your order. We will only charge your credit card once the order has been definitively confirmed.

Delivery times

Some of our products are in stock, others are custom-made especially for you. As a result, delivery times can vary widely. Please note the shipping information on the product. You will receive confirmation of shipping as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.

Partial deliveries

We do not offer partial deliveries. The latest delivery date in a multi-product order is therefore the delivery date for the entire order. If you urgently need a product that is currently available, please place an individual order for this product.

Logistics providers

Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are carried out by Swiss Post. Deliveries to Germany are sent from our Munich location via UPS. For Japan, standard deliveries are sent from our Tokyo location via Yamato Transport; priority shipments are sent by Fedex. The deliveries to all other countries are handled by Fedex. If you would like to make use of your own logistics provider, please provide the information in the comments field of the order.

Taxes and tariffs

In Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Japan, and China, we offer a comprehensive service and can take care of customs clearance on your behalf. In these countries, VAT is directly included in your invoice.

Please note that shipping to countries not listed above may result in additional costs, such as VAT, import duties, and fees. We recommend checking these potential costs in advance. We thank you for your understanding and are happy to help if you have any questions.
